RETURNS POLICY

We really hope you love your order, but if for any reason you do not, please contact us via email at contactcaiastudio@gmail.com to start a return.

If you have changed your mind and would simply like to return your order for a refund, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item(s) to us for a full refund. In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us. Please ensure returns are shipped in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit. We will notify you via email once we have received your return, and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take several days to appear in your bank account.

Please note that we are not responsible for any breakages or damages that occur during return transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured postage service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

We are also unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any personalised or custom-made items, as these are made especially for you.

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards.

 

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY 

If all or part of your order unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact us via email at contactcaiastudio@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos to reflect the issue, so that we can resolve your query as efficiently as possible. We will then review the issue and contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.
